Melinda Gutierrez has extensive experience in customer service and healthcare support. Prior to this role, Melinda worked at Williamson Eye Center from February 1993 to October 1998 as a Medical Assistant, where responsibilities included answering phones, scheduling appointments, documenting for doctors, assisting patients with various tests, and supporting medical procedures.
