Melinda Gutierrez has extensive experience in customer service and healthcare support. Since October 1998, Melinda has been employed at EATEL, progressing from a Customer Service Representative to a Customer Service Representative II. Prior to this role, Melinda worked at Williamson Eye Center from February 1993 to October 1998 as a Medical Assistant, where responsibilities included answering phones, scheduling appointments, documenting for doctors, assisting patients with various tests, and supporting medical procedures. Melinda completed education at Spencer Business College from 1985 to 1987.
