Tracy Remelius has a diverse work experience in various roles related to outdoor activities, customer experience, and program development. Tracy started their career in 2013 as a Hiking Guide at the Wanderlust Festival Vermont and also worked as a Contributing Writer for Women's Gear Guide and WhyNotGirl.com. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an Outdoor Sports Guide at Canyon Ranch, leading various outdoor activities and ensuring safety and equipment care. In 2016, Tracy became an Adventure Based Counselor at Mountainside Treatment Center, where they facilitated year-round camping and wilderness therapy for substance abuse clients and conducted mind-body-spirit workshops. Tracy further expanded their expertise as a Program Faculty, Outdoor Guide, and Yoga Teacher at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health from 2013 to 2019, leading hikes and outdoor programs and providing health-related workshops to guests. Tracy also had a significant role at SheJumps, where they served as the Director of Partnerships, Get the Girls Out National Director, and Regional Coordinator. Their responsibilities included organizing outdoor events, facilitating outdoor education, and promoting female participation in outdoor activities. Tracy's work experience also includes serving as the Arts and Adventure Director at TOURISTS, where they developed an extensive guest experience program and collaborated with local art and adventure resources. Most recently, Tracy joined Auberge Resorts Collection as an Experience Curator at The Madeline Hotel and Residences, focusing on creating curated experiences for guests. In 2023, they joined Way as an Experience Curation and Customer Success professional. Overall, Tracy Remelius has a well-rounded background in outdoor activities, program development, and customer experience.

Tracy Remelius holds a Master's degree in Education, which was obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002 and 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Alfred University during the years 1993 to 1997. In 2000 to 2002, Tracy pursued a Certificate in Outdoor Leadership at Greenfield Community College. Additionally, they attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition from 2011 to 2012, where they became a Certified Health Coach specializing in Nutrition. Another certification Tracy acquired was as a Certified Yoga Teacher, completed at Mama Nirvana's New Yoga Teacher Training in 2007 and 2008.
