Letting Go Cafe Inc. is a personal development and transformational coaching company founded by change expert Darren L Johnson. It's goal is to empower individuals, professionals, and teams to move beyond limiting beliefs and behaviors into high-performance, purpose-driven living. Using a proprietary framework—the Self-Managing Grid™—and other methodologies, we deliver a powerful blend of one-on-one coaching, team development, digital tools, and immersive experiences that catalyze deep personal growth.

With a unique combination of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and story-driven coaching, Letting Go Cafe® serves individuals seeking growth and organizations striving for emotionally resilient, self-managing teams. Our hybrid model allows us to scale through digital products, structured coaching programs, and licensing opportunities.
