Blake Dressel

Blake Dressel is currently the General Manager of Di Pescara, an upscale casual seafood and Italian restaurant, where they have been employed since 2022. Previously, they held several management positions within Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, including General Manager at Do Rite Donuts and Chicken and Divisional F&B Purchasing Manager. They began their career with Lettuce Entertain You as an intern, progressing through various roles that highlight their expertise in hospitality and food service. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, earned in 2009, and is also an Introductory Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators.
