Monique Lee

Monique (Zentner) Lee is currently a Manager at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, where they have held various management roles since 2017, including positions at RPM Italian and RPM Steak. They began their hospitality career as a Restaurant Employee at Clarkston Union Bar & Kitchen and completed internships at Four Seasons Hotels and Shaw's Crab House, where they gained invaluable experience in food and beverage services. Monique earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Oakland Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, where they also served on the executive board of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality.
