Tim Hockett has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as the VP of Culinary Operations at Wow Bao since September 2020. As a Chef/Partner at Lettuce Entertain You since 2009, Tim has played a significant role in the company's success, previously holding the position of Corporate Chef from 2005 to 2008. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Kluge Estate from 2003 to 2005. Tim Hockett is an alumnus of the Washburne Culinary & Hospitality Institute.
