Mélissa Pilon has over eight years of experience in the philanthropic sector and currently serves as Major Gifts and Partnerships Advisor at Leucan. Prior to this role, Mélissa worked as a Philanthropic Development Agent at La rue des Femmes, where responsibilities included managing donor engagement and fundraising activities. Mélissa holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Communication Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University.
