In the midst of the Valais Alps, at 1,400 meters above sea level, the Leukerbad Clinic has been accompanying people on their path back to autonomy and quality of life for over 65 years. We specialize in musculoskeletal (orthopedics, traumatology, rheumatology), internal medicine, and oncological rehabilitation – inpatient and outpatient, for all insurance classes. Our integrative approach combines highly specialized conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary methods (medication, therapy, nutrition). The Leukerbad thermal water is an integral part of our therapy. Our indoor and outdoor pools are used therapeutically every day and promote mobility, circulation, and well-being in a unique way.

Our closely networked interdisciplinary team guarantees seamless, coordinated care – from admission to discharge. Individually tailored therapy plans, a generous volume of therapy, a family-like atmosphere, bilingual support (DE/FR), and our own transport service round off the offer. For referring professionals, we take care of the administrative workload and request the cost guarantee directly from the insurance companies. Admission is possible 7 days a week.

Thanks to the free choice of hospital, the Leukerbad Clinic is open to patients from all over Switzerland. As a clinic with one of the most favorable tariff structures, a transfer to us via basic health insurance (KVG) is possible without any problems – at no extra cost and without additional administrative effort.
