Pete Loukas is the current Managing Director of Fulfillment at Lev. Prior to their current position, Loukas served as the Chief Capital Officer at CasaOne from August 2020 to July 2021. Pete's responsibilities there included consumer credit, commercial credit, and capital markets. From May 2019 to May 2020, they were the Head of Portfolio Strategy at Theorem LP, where they were in charge of securitized products trading and investments, investment strategy development, and investment process. From May 2017 to May 2019, they were the VP of Strategy and Capital Markets at Laurel Road, overseeing student loans and ABS issuance. Pete also co-founded Commissary in October 2016 and served as its CEO until May 2017. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Capital Markets at FD Stonewater, LLC from April 2016 to September 2016. Pete's first director-level position was as Director of Structured Finance at Phillips Realty Capital from January 2015 to March 2016.
Pete Loukas has a Bachelor's degree in International Political Economy from Fordham University. Pete also has a certification from the CFA Institute in CFA and from the CAIA Association in Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) and CAIA Charterholder.
