Danielle Tsuzuki

Danielle Tsuzuki is currently a Senior Development Manager at Levain Bakery, where they have also taken on the role of Operations Project Manager since 2020. They previously worked at Union Square Events as a Senior Operations Manager and have held various managerial positions in other notable hospitality establishments, including Char No. 4 and Maysville. Danielle completed a Bachelor of Science at Cornell University and an Associate of Science at The Culinary Institute of America. Their extensive background in the food and beverage industry began with a baking and pastry externship at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
