David F.

David F. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the food industry. David most recently worked as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Levain Bakery since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Training for North America at Nando's PERi-PERi from October 2019 to September 2022. Before that, they had a long career at Pret A Manger, where they held various positions including Director of Training, Director of Training and Recruitment, Learning and Development Manager, and Area Quality Trainer. David also worked as a Shop Manager at Pret A Manger from July 1998 to December 2004.

David F. has a strong education background in baking and pastry arts. David attended the CFA (Centre de Formation D'apprentis) in Bourgoin-Jallieu, France where they obtained a Brevet de Maitrise degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef. David also earned a CAP (Certificate D'Aptitudes Professionelles) in the same field from the same institution.
