Deborah Bennett is a dedicated manager with over nine years of experience in retirement village management. Currently serving as a Senior Village Manager at Levande, they have successfully overseen the construction and completion of 266 villas while delivering exceptional customer service. Previously, Deborah managed operations at Southern Cross Care, where they coordinated extensive capital works projects. They also held roles at Anglicare Sydney and RKMarble and Granite, further demonstrating expertise in administration, contractor management, and day-to-day village coordination. Additionally, Deborah has pursued education in coaching and completed studies in Remedial Sports Therapies.
