Duncan MacKay

Duncan MacKay has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Duncan began their career as a Property Lawyer at Deacons in 1999 and worked there until 2002. Duncan then joined McDonald's Australia as a Legal Counsel and later served as the National Sustainability & Real Estate Manager, National Equipment & Sustainability Manager, and National Supply & Services Manager. In 2005, they became the Senior Legal Counsel at McDonald's Australia, a role they held until 2009. Duncan then worked as a Lawyer at Duffy Law Group from 2013 to 2014. Duncan joined IRT Group in 2018 and held multiple roles including In-House Lawyer, Legal Counsel, and Senior Legal Counsel. Duncan'smost recent position was at Levande as a Senior Retirement Lawyer, starting in June 2023.

Duncan MacKay received their secondary education from The Scots College from 1986 to 1991. Afterwards, they pursued their higher education at the University of Wollongong from 1993 to 1998. At the university, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with honors, specializing in the fields of Law and Chemistry.
