Greg Potts has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Greg started their career at Amazon, where they worked as a Quality Control Analyst Team Lead, identifying opportunities to reduce defects in outbound shipping by coaching sellers. Greg then moved to Projectline, where they managed the Partner Relationship Marketing Program at Microsoft's Global Marketing Organization. Later, they worked at Centric Consulting as a Marketing Automation Engineer, creating pre-sales email marketing campaigns for Microsoft using Marketo and Salesforce platforms. Greg then joined Microsoft as a Program Manager, responsible for managing digital marketing programs and product marketing backlogs. Greg also worked as an Enterprise Marketing Business Program Manager, defining the digital marketing strategy and backlog for Azure and Office365 products. After Microsoft, Greg worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Fjuri. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Partnerships at Levanta.

Greg Potts completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Development & Marketing from Willamette University, graduating in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Marketing from SBGE at Seattle Pacific University, completing their undergraduate studies in 2010. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2020 and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2016.
