Kyle Henning has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1989, they worked as a Production Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer at The HON Company, where they focused on implementing lean process improvement strategies. In 1998, they joined 3M as a Brand Marketing Manager for Scotchgard, leading the brand's successful re-launch and achieving significant sales growth. Kyle then moved on to The Toro Company in 2002, where they held various roles, including Marketing Brand Manager for Lawn-Boy and Senior Marketing Manager for Golf Irrigation International. At Toro, they drove business growth through strategic planning, brand management, and channel marketing. In 2012, they joined Tennant Company as the Director of Global Marketing, overseeing global marketing initiatives, demand generation, and new product launches. Most recently, they worked at Levata as the Senior Vice President Marketing and later as the Vice President and General Manager, leading the marketing function and driving growth for this private-equity technology provider.
Kyle Henning attended Kettering University from 1989 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Kyle later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School from 1996 to 1998.
