Ryan K.

Ryan K. has held various roles throughout their work experience. Ryan started their career at Intelliseek in 2000, where they worked in business development. In 2001, they transitioned to Wextrust Capital as an Investor Services Manager. Afterward, they joined Handler, Thayer & Duggan, LLC as an Attorney in 2006. In the same year, they moved to another undisclosed company as a Legal Counsel until 2013. Currently, they are serving as the Corporate Legal Counsel at Levatas since July 2013.

Ryan K. completed their Bachelor of Science degree at Miami University from 1995 to 2001, with a focus on Management Information Systems, International Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Ryan then pursued a Juris Doctorate degree at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they attended the DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2004 to 2005, where they received a Master of Science degree in Finance with a focus on Valuation & Financial Strategy.
