Jackleen Steffes

Jackleen Steffes has a long history of working in the technology industry. Jackleen began their career in 2007 as an Information Technology Project Coordinator at SmartSource Technical Staffing. In 2010, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager at SmartSource Technical Solutions. In 2015, they became a Program Manager and then a Project Manager at the same company. In 2022, they moved to Level 10, LLC as a Project Manager. Jackleen then joined GiveCentral as Vice President of Customer Success, where they were responsible for leading both implementation and customer service teams to success, working with the development team to create processes and procedures, and collaborating with sales and business development on growth and company goals. Finally, in 2022 they joined Coleman Group Consulting, Inc. as Vice President of Customer Success, where they used their expertise in strategic sourcing to help organizations create savings and improve operations.

Jackleen Steffes attended St.Charles East HighSchool from 1999 to 2002 and then Kirkwood Community College from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Business. Jackleen also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in February 2022: Customer Success Management Fundamentals and What Is a PMO?.
