Jim Basich has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Jim began their career as a General Foreman at Benchmark Communications, IBEW 134 in 2001. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at Premier Contracting. Jim then moved to Tara Contracting LLC in 2007, where they held the same role. In 2011, they joined Level 10, LLC as a Field Solutions Manager, and progressed to Field Solutions Engineer, Senior Technical Support Analyst, and Technical Analyst II. In this role, they acted as a Subject Matter Expert for specific projects and Project Managers, created and maintained Knowledge Base Articles and internal technical documentation, performed installations, addressed escalations from Level I team, provided logistical support, completed large scale project estimates, and provided value engineering and analysis of current field installation processes. Finally, they returned to the role of Project Manager in 2011.
Jim Basich's education history includes attending Boston University for Project Management, receiving a Certified degree from the IBEW NECA Technical Institute in Telecommunications, and attending William Rainey Harper College. Additionally, they obtained a Low Voltage-Telecommunication certification from NECA/IBEW 134 Chicago in June 2000 and a Project Management certification from Boston University.
