Kenneth Serwinski is an experienced independent board director with a robust background in ownership transition, corporate governance, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Over a career spanning 30 years, they have participated in more than 700 ESOP transactions and currently serve on the boards of multiple companies, including FCL Holdings, Village Bank & Trust, and Shared Imaging. Kenneth also held the position of chairman at Prairie Capital Advisors before retiring and is an active member of several advisory boards. They earned an MBA in Finance from DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Finance from DePaul University.
