Thomas Hedberg

Thomas Hedberg is an experienced operations manager with more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry and warehouse distribution. Thomas began their career in 2003 as a Warehouse Supervisor/Foreman at Judge & Dolph, where they were responsible for ensuring the nightly truck loading process while minimizing losses. In 2008, they joined NCR Corporation as a CE III/Interim Territory Manager and CE 2. In 2015, they moved to Getronics, where they served as Division Operations Manager and was responsible for driving operations and managing large teams to deliver projects on time and to budget. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Level 10, LLC as a Service Delivery Manager.

Thomas Hedberg obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Engineering from ITT Chicago between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Electronics from ITT between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they have a certification in Ethical Decision Making from Emtrain.
