Randy Syring

Randy Syring is the Chief Executive Developer at Level 12, a software development company. Randy has over 15 years of experience in the software development industry, and has held previous positions at Intelicom and RCS Computers.

Syring started their career at RCS Computers in 2004, where they provided freelance software development services. In 2009, they partnered with a friend to form Intelicom, a one-stop shop for small business computing needs. Randy served as the Development & Executive Director at Intelicom until 2012, when the company was renamed to Level 12 Technologies.

Under Syring's leadership, Level 12 has become a leading provider of software development services. The company has developed a reputation for creating high-quality, innovative software solutions for its clients. In addition to their work at Level 12, Syring is also a member of the board of directors for the Python Software Foundation.

Randy Syring has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University Southeast, a MA in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Central Missouri.
