Trisha Smith

Trisha Smith has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Trisha started their career in 2002 as an Accountant at The Arc of San Diego, where they were responsible for creating adjusting journal entries and handling payroll and billing. Trisha then moved on to Keller Williams Realty in 2002, serving as an Accounting Manager and overseeing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and journal entries for a large office. In 2006, they joined KW Solutions as a Financial Review Analyst, conducting offsite reviews of financial statements and ensuring compliance with franchisor policies. Trisha then worked at Packard Hospitality Group as a Senior Accounting Manager, leading accounting functions for both the HOA management division and hotel management division. At DIS Partners, LLC, they served as a Financial Controller, managing the accounting department for a real estate investment and property management company. Trisha also held positions at Jokake Companies as a Corporate Financial Controller for a medical marijuana dispensary and manufacturing sites, and as a Chief Financial Officer for an investment company. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Level 3 Audiovisual, overseeing the accounting and purchasing departments, implementing accounting policies, reviewing contracts, and participating in management strategy meetings. Throughout their career, Trisha has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, and team management.

Trisha Smith pursued their education at California State University San Marcos from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Monte Vista High School from 1990 to 1993.

Trisha Smith has also obtained additional certifications, including the CSCA Certified in Strategic and Competitive Analysis from the Institute of Management Accountants in May 2022. Trisha is also a certified Realtor through the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors - SEVRAR.
