John Rowley is a highly motivated engineer with a diverse background in both engineering and finance. Having served as Lead Project Resource Analyst at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 2010 to 2017, they developed key analysis tools and strategies for major flight projects. From 2017 to 2020, John was the Project Controls Lead at Giant Magellan Telescope, where they implemented earned value management processes. Currently, as the Director of Project Controls at Level 4 Ventures, John leads project estimation and approval practices while managing the ExcelerPlan platform. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in 2010.
