Ashley Valentine

Ashley Valentine started their work experience in 2009 as an Administrative and Payroll Assistant at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Ashley then became a Circuit Court Clerk Intern at Fredericksburg Circuit Court from January 2012 to April 2012. In August 2013, they joined Level Access as the Director of People Operations, where they continue to work.

Ashley Valentine holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which was completed in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington in 2012. In 2013, Ashley earned a Certificate in Accounting from Germanna Community College. In terms of additional certifications, Ashley obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2020.
