Colleen Wood

Colleen Wood is the current Chief People Officer at Level Access. Colleen has held this position since December 2016. Prior to that, they were with Making Talent Count from October 2011 to December 2016 as their Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Before that, Colleen was with Level Access from February 2000 to October 2011 as their Global Director of HR Operations.

Colleen's career started at the Washington Dulles Airport Hilton in January 1995 where they worked in Accounting/Reservations/Front Desk. After two years there, they moved on to EDS in February 1997 as their Business Relations Manager. Then in February 2000, they started with Attachmate / NetIQ / Ganymede Software as their Global Director of HR Operations until October 2011 when they joined Making Talent Count.

After five years with Making Talent Count, Colleen Wood became the Chief People Officer at Level Access in December 2016 and has been there ever since.

Colleen Wood has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Averett University, as well as a degree from Concord University. Colleen also has a certification in The Six Types of Working Genius and a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Finally, they are certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

They work with Jonathan Avila - Chief Accessibility Officer, Jim Baker - CTO, and Crispin Vary - SVP, Sales. Colleen Wood reports to Tim Springer, Co-Founder & CEO.
