Joe Johnson

Director Customer Education at Level Access

Joe Johnson has extensive work experience in customer education and training. Joe currently holds the position of Director of Customer Education at Level Access, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Joe worked at inContact from 2012 to 2022, where they held various roles including Manager of Global Education & Onboarding and Senior Education Consultant. During their time at inContact, Joe managed and provided strategic direction for multiple education teams, facilitated training for corporate clients, and focused on improving engagement and knowledge retention. Before joining inContact, Joe worked at E*TRADE Financial from 2007 to 2012, where they held roles as a Senior Learning Specialist, Retail Learning Specialist, and Senior Financial Services Representative. In these roles, they strategized, designed, and implemented learning programs for a large number of clients and employees. Joe also worked at AOL as a Member Relations Manager, providing education and mentoring to improve member retention and training new representatives.

Joe Johnson earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Weber State University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Joe also holds additional certifications including a Consulting Skills Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) obtained in 2019, an Advanced eLearning Design Certification from ATD obtained in 2012, a Certified Equity Professional certification from CEPI, Santa Clara University, and Series 7, 63, and 24 certifications from FINRA.
