Joey Hua

Joey Hua is a big picture thinker currently shaping AI and agentic experiences within digital accessibility as a Senior Product Designer at Level Access. Previously, Joey served as Design Lead at Manulife and gained experience as a UX Designer and Design Fellow. With a background in digital sales consulting and clinical counseling, they possess a balanced skill set in product and UX design. Joey is also an engaging speaker, known for their expertise in design operations, design systems, and UX research. They hold an Honours Bachelor’s of Arts from York University.
