Mitchell Jones

Mitchell Jones, MS, is an experienced professional specializing in accessibility and equity within educational and community settings. Currently serving as Industry Team Lead at Level Access since November 2021, Mitchell has previously held the position of Accessibility Specialist at the University of Cincinnati from June 2014 to November 2021, where significant contributions included developing accessibility policies, creating testing practices, and consulting on accommodations under the Rehabilitation Act and ADA. In addition, Mitchell has played a leadership role in various organizations, including the American Counseling Association and Lower Price Hill Caring Connections, focusing on social justice and community advocacy. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Counselor Education from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music.
