Steven Miotto

Steven Miotto is an accomplished revenue operations leader with extensive experience in driving sales and compensation strategies within SaaS and other industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Revenue Operations at Level Access since August 2025, Miotto previously held the same title at Vimeo from May 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included sales planning, compensation, forecasting, and analytics for a multi-million dollar ARR business. At Vimeo, Miotto played a pivotal role in developing the first global territory model and achieving significant productivity gains. Prior experience includes founding and leading 365 Entertainment Inc., where Miotto achieved impressive revenue growth and improved profit margins. Additional roles at Compass and EVO Payments, Inc. further honed expertise in sales compensation and commission management. Miotto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
