Arshdeep Singh

Arshdeep Singh is a Senior Software Engineer at Level AI since August 2024, with previous experience as a Software Engineer 3 and Senior Software Engineer at PeopleStrong, where Arshdeep contributed to building innovative solutions in the Recruit & Onboarding module and led a team to enhance user engagement through a mobile-first onboarding experience. Prior experience includes a Member Technical role at The D. E. Shaw Group, focusing on Kafka infrastructure and automation for test suites, as well as developing an alerting system for disk storage limits. Arshdeep also worked as an SDE at OYO, developing the front-end of a content management system for its vacation homes division in Europe, and holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology along with ongoing education at Scaler Academy.
