Raaghu K

Raaghu K is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Level AI since April 2025. Prior to this role, Raaghu held the position of Director of Engineering at MoEngage Inc. from April 2022 to March 2025, and served as Associate Director Engineering at Rakuten between August 2020 and December 2021. Raaghu's career includes senior engineering management roles at Paytm Money and Paytm Mall, with responsibilities encompassing cross-border payouts and backend application development. Earlier experience also includes a Senior Technical Manager position at Little Internet Private Limited, where team management and mentorship were key focuses, and a Senior Engineering Manager role at Unicel Technologies, developing middleware applications for bulk SMS processing.
