Dean Mix

Dean has been in the Construction Lending industry in the PNW for the past 30 years, Dean has truly seen it all. After graduating from Arizona State, he started his career as a residential loan officer, working on site with home builders. Enjoying the relationships, he fostered during this time, Dean transitioned to construction lending and has never looked back. He takes great satisfaction in helping his builders by not only providing them with competitive financing but by forging strong relationships with them by understanding their individual needs. Every project is unique, and Dean constantly strives to exceed his builder’s expectations and by doing so, has made many friends along the way. Dean’s wealth of knowledge and desire to help his builders succeed are the hallmark of his success. He brings the same enthusiasm to Level Capital that he had 30 years ago and looks forward to being a partner in their growth.

Dean is married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer, and they have two boys. Sam is a college football coach in Montana and Ben is a Bio/Chem senior at UCSB. Dean enjoys golfing, road trips and spending time in the great outdoors with family and friends.
