Rob Noeth

Rob Noeth has extensive work experience as a software engineer and technology leader. Rob is currently employed at Huntress, where they hold the position of Principal Software Engineer since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company starting from January 2021.

Before joining Huntress, Rob was the CTO and Co-Founder of Level Effect, where they developed and maintained the Level Effect Cyber Learning Platform. Rob also designed and created the Recon security platform, which was later acquired by Huntress Labs, Inc in 2020. During their time at Level Effect, they led software projects and managed remote development teams.

Prior to their role at Level Effect, Rob worked as a Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead at the United States Department of Defense from July 2011 to September 2016. Rob was responsible for leading a software engineering team.

Earlier in their career, Rob worked as a Software Engineer at ADG Creative from January 2011 to June 2011, and at Exceptional Software Strategies from August 2008 to December 2010. At Exceptional Software Strategies, they worked on creating a streamlined business process management framework for the Asymmetric Warfare Group of the U.S. Army.

Rob Noeth completed an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science at Anne Arundel Community College. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
