Steven T. Sample

Steven T. Sample, SPHR, SWP, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Level Four Group since April 2025. Previously, Steven was the Sr. Director and Head of Human Resources at Lotte Global Logistics North America from September 2021 to April 2025, playing a key role in a diverse corporation with over $67 billion in global revenue. Prior to that, Steven held several HR leadership positions, including Sr. HR Business Consultant at Baylor Scott & White Health, Principle Consultant at The Alternative Board, and Sr. Director of Human Resources at Think Finance. Additional experience includes executive roles at Ericsson, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cisco, Spherion, and PrimeCo Personal Communications. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University.
