We're a Birmingham-based engineering and facilities services business. Our work splits into two sides: Projects (design, install and fit-out across electrical, mechanical, fire and security, AV, and EV and renewables) and Services (facilities management, compliance and reactive support for the same buildings, once the projects are done). One point of contact across both, one set of standards, one team accountable for the outcome.

The businesses we work with, including Lidl, Levi's, JD Sports, Stagecoach, National Express, and Apple, came to us for one project and have stayed with us for ongoing services. Some of those relationships go back more than a decade. All built on 57 years of combined trade heritage and a management team that has never lost a client through a failure of delivery.

Our compliance platform, launched to our client base in 2026, replaces the spreadsheets and calendar reminders FMs rely on with automated tracking, flagging and documentation across every statutory check. PPM schedules, emergency lighting, fire door inspections, legionella monitoring, all tracked, evidenced and signed off. Access to this platform is free for every client of ours.

We're accredited across NICEIC, NSI Gold, BAFE, ISO, CHAS, IPAF, PASMA, ECA and carbon neutral. We have 20 branded vehicles on the road and in-house CAD design. We've delivered global rollouts across retail estates, regional distribution networks and a 300-property solar programme in Birmingham.

What we're most proud of, though, is that everyone in management came up through the trade, and nobody has forgotten what it's like on the tools. Apprentices we brought in years ago are now running projects of their own.

If you’re tired of juggling contractors or dealing with compliance complications, please get in touch. We’d love to help.
