Brian has 20 years of CRM experience, primarily in the K-12 education/EdTech industry, with experience ranging from enabling core sales process optimization; developing forecasting and territory management solutions; integrating KPIs, predictive analytics and reporting; building out CPQ processes and approvals; building custom solutions to support professional field services; leveraging apps to streamline processes for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Product Management. Prior to starting Level Up CRM, Brian spent over 15 years in Sales Operations roles, leading exceptional teams through integrations and re-organizations and delivering strategic projects leveraging all aspects of the Salesforce platform to drive business value and success.
