Eric Marshall

Eric Marshall has worked in the technology industry since 1998. Eric began their career as a Technical and Customer Support Mentor and Escalated Cases Tech Support III at Juno Online. In 2001, they moved to Adesa as a System Deployment and Exchange Engineer, where they assisted with the deployment of the Active Directory Infrastructure and new location setup. Eric then worked as a System Engineer at Sensient from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as an Engineer at Double-Take Software, where they learned C#, created and designed automated tests, practiced Agile Project Management, Agile Test and Scenario Design, Feature Design and Feasibility, Policy Creation, and Product Management. In 2010, Eric founded Conceptzure and served as its Founder until 2013. Eric then founded Level Up Development and served as its Founder and CEO until 2021. In 2021, Eric co-founded Impersonate.ai.

Eric Marshall has obtained a Product Strategy degree from Kellogg Executive Education in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they have two certifications - Design-Led Strategy from The University of Sydney Business School obtained in September 2019 and Machine Learning - Data to Decisions from MIT Professional Education obtained in March 2019.
