Marcus Talbott

Marcus Talbott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the defense and intelligence sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Level Up, LLC since 2015, Marcus provides expert advisory services and technical capabilities to support mission centers and deployed operations. Prior roles include Director at Raytheon from 2008 to 2015, Software Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin from 2004 to 2008, and Knowledge Fellow at the National Defense University from 2000 to 2004. Marcus holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, both from The George Washington University.
