Jacob Freitas

Jacob Freitas possesses extensive experience in construction project management, starting from a role as a Well Driller at Haynes & Sons Well Drilling to various positions at Level 10 Construction, where Jacob has served as Project Executive, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Manager since November 2012. In these roles, Jacob is responsible for setting safety, quality, schedule, cost, and owner relationship goals, while overseeing pre-construction services and managing complex construction projects. Prior experience includes work as an Environmental Performance Analyst at Blue Environmental Performance Consulting, contributing to energy and water master planning, and a project engineer role at Rudolph and Sletten, focusing on green building initiatives. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
