As Preconstruction Executive, Ty is involved early in the project life cycle to collaborate with clients, designers and stakeholders.
During the preconstruction phase, Ty provides value by providing estimates, cost studies, value engineering, constructability reviews, schedules, project buyout, early procurement, permitting, and planning requirements to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase.
