Holly McVey

Holly McVey currently serves as the Sr. Director of Implementation at Level2, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this, Holly worked at UnitedHealthGroup for 17 years, where roles included Director of Implementation for National Accounts and Director of Implementation. Holly's career also features experience as an Implementation Manager at CIGNA (Benefits Access) and as Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Orion Capital Cos. (Royal Sun Alliance). Holly began their professional journey in Human Resources at Pitney Bowes. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Bay Path University, completed in 2013, and additional studies at the same institution from 1980 to 1982.
