Monica King

Monica King is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in various educational and training roles. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Training at Level2 since April 2021, Monica is responsible for the strategic direction of learning and development for clinical teams and health and wellness coaches, as well as customer support. Prior experience includes positions as the Director of Learning and Development at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis from September 2011 to April 2021, and Director of Training and Development at CommonBond Communities from July 2006 to September 2011. Additionally, Monica has experience as an adjunct communications instructor at Argosy University and as an English/Communications teacher at Big Lake High School. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Bethel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
