Bastian Wagner

Bastian Wagner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they served as the Head of Fixed Income at DOLFIN GROUP (UK) LTD, a fintech company, until June 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Head of Investment Research at IANUA Market Limited. In 2021, Bastian joined D3A Investments as a DLT Strategy Consultant, focusing on NFTs, DAOs, and Digital Art. Bastian also served as a Mentor/Consultant for blockchain startups at R3 during the same period. In 2022, they took on the role of Chief Product Officer at LoanBook, where they focused on client needs and built DEX and tokenization solutions for illiquid assets. Additionally, Bastian worked as a Business Mentor for Web 3.0 start-ups at Level39 and F10 Incubator & Accelerator. Bastian also served on the Board of Advisors at Copyright Delta, starting and ending in 2022. Currently, they are working at Apex Group Ltd as a Product Management - Web 3.0. Prior to that, they were affiliated with ArtsGain Investments SGEIC SA as a Partner & Chairman for Fine Art and NFT Digital Art.

Bastian Wagner's education history is as follows:

From 2002 to 2007, Bastian Wagner attended the University of Duisburg-Essen, where they obtained an M.A. and B.A. degree (cum laude) in Finance, Controlling, and Auditing. During the same period, they also pursued a B.A. in Economics (cum laude) with a focus on Macroeconomics and Econometrics.

In 2020, Bastian Wagner enrolled at Richmond, The American International University in London, where they are currently studying Art History & Visual Culture Studies.

In 2021, Bastian Wagner participated in the Blockchain Strategy Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and completed a Certificate in Digital Art & Art Investments at ArtTactic.

In 2022, Bastian Wagner obtained a Certificate in Art, NFTs, Finance from Sotheby's Institute of Art. Bastian also attended the Harvard Business School, where they earned a Fintech & AI Certificate.

Additionally, Bastian Wagner has obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they received a FinTech certification from HarvardX. In August 2022, they obtained a Corda For Business Professional certification from R3, and in January 2022, they earned a Linux Foundation Certificate for Introduction to Hyperledger Blockchain Technologies from edX.
