Farshad Nowshadi has a diverse work experience in the financial and technology sectors. Farshad started their career as a Management Course Author at Learning Tree International in 1990 and remained in the role until 2000. During this time, they authored several Technological and Management courses for the company, with a focus on banks and financial situations.
In 1983, Farshad joined Thomson Reuters as a Reuters Financial Service Global Consultant. Farshad worked there for 20 years, becoming one of the key global consultants and trainers for the company. Farshad gained extensive experience in implementing innovative financial and technical solutions for banks and dealing rooms worldwide. Farshad also had the opportunity to work with some of the largest financial and banking companies globally, which enhanced their understanding of trends in finance and technology.
In 1995, Farshad founded nSolutions Limited, where they served as the Managing Director and Chief Consultant until 2016. In this role, they provided consulting services to various clients.
From 2001 to 2007, Farshad held the position of Financial Technology Consultant and Trainer on Reuters Services Integration at Deutsche Bank. Farshad joined Microsoft in 2002 as a Consultant to Microsoft Financial Services and remained in this role until 2003.
In 2009, Farshad joined Saman Bank as a Senior Consultant to the Board and CEO. Farshad also held the position of Senior Consultant in the same company. During their time at Saman Bank, they provided strategic guidance to the board and CEO.
Most recently, Farshad worked as a Business Mentor/VC at Level39 starting from 2013.
Farshad Nowshadi attended Lord Wandsworth College from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained 10 O'levels. Farshad then went on to pursue their M.Phil degree in Computing/Tech/Communications at the University of Sussex from 1980 to 1990.
