Kevin Mascarenhas

Kevin Mascarenhas has extensive experience in coaching and mentoring startups and early-stage ventures. Kevin is the Principal Coach and Founder of Natural Flow Consultancy, where they support founders and CEOs in creating tech innovation. Kevin collaborates with clients to address leadership, team, and culture challenges, and helps senior leaders develop business resilience and responsive teams. Additionally, Kevin is an Early Stage Investor, strategically partnering with ventures before they gain traction.

Kevin has also worked as a Tech Startup Coach/Mentor at L Marks and a StartUp Coach at EUSPA - EU Agency for the Space Programme, providing ad hoc coaching and acting as a thinking partner to ignite space entrepreneurs into action.

In the fintech space, Kevin has served as a Business Coach at Rise, created by Barclays - the Home of FinTech, and Level39. Kevin runs coaching clinics and offers clarity business coaching sessions to founders and CEOs.

Other roles Kevin has held include StartUp Coach for Cassini Hackathons at the European Commission, Associate Career Coach & Facilitator at The Hobbs Consultancy, and Tech StartUp Business Coach at Bruntwood SciTech. Kevin has also been the Coaching Programme Manager for Geovation, providing support to founders in the proptech or geospatialtech startup space.

Furthermore, Kevin has been a Business Coach & Mentor for the Copernicus Space Accelerator, a 12-month acceleration program designed for Earth Observation innovators. This program is part of the EU's Copernicus Earth Observation system.

Kevin Mascarenhas obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent University. In addition, they became a Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator in January 2016.
