Bill Melillo

Bill Melillo is a skilled operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Level99 Entertainment since June 2025, Bill has previously held significant roles including Manager at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse and Vice President of Operations at Wahlburgers. Bill's career also features a long tenure at Legal Sea Foods as General Manager and managerial experience at Camille's Restaurant. Bill began their career at NCR Corporation as a Senior Training Specialist, where valuable training programs were developed for sales personnel. Bill holds a Master's Degree in English Literature from the University of Rhode Island and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bryant University.
