Doug Schnell

Doug Schnell has extensive work experience in the real estate and growth strategy for retail and restaurants. Doug is currently working as the Vice President of Real Estate at Level99 Entertainment since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal at Tier 1 Strategies, LLC where they focused on real estate and growth strategy for retail and restaurants, specifically working with Tatte Bakery and Life Alive. Doug also worked at Panera Bread, where they served as the SVP of Development Strategy from January 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Panera Bread, including Vice President of Real Estate Strategy and Director of Real Estate Strategy. Prior to their time at Panera Bread, Doug worked as the Director of Market Research at Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers and as a Manager of Area Research at May Department Stores.

Doug Schnell completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Carthage College between 1993 and 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree at Miami University from 1997 to 1999.
