Jason Jones serves as the Sr. Director of Technology Services at Act III Holdings, LLC since September 2019, while also holding multiple roles as a Technology Advisor for Life Alive Cafes, Tatte Bakery & Cafe, and previously for CAVA. With an extensive background at Panera Bread from May 2006 to September 2019, Jason led projects that significantly enhanced eCommerce capabilities, managing a team that ensured weekly web orders exceeded 200,000 and improving mobile web ordering conversion rates. Jason began the career as an Associate Analyst and advanced through various positions, culminating in the role of Director of eCommerce, showcasing a strong expertise in project management, customer data solutions, and system integration. Jason earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 2001 and 2005.
