Kyle Reid has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Kyle is currently working as a Creative Director at Level99 Entertainment. Prior to that, they held the same role at STORƎON.

Kyle also worked at Walt Disney Imagineering for over a decade, starting as a Creative Producer in 2010. During their time there, they produced, wrote, and designed interactive, multiplayer experiences for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser attraction. Kyle also utilized emerging technologies to drive new business concepts and produced R&D projects of significant impact. Additionally, they produced the world's first connected mobile queue game, Soarin' Challenge. Kyle also served as a Document Control Specialist, where they wrote technical specifications and contract documents. Kyle acted as a vendor liaison and was responsible for all governing documents.

Before joining Walt Disney Imagineering, Kyle worked as a Producer/Writer/Game Designer at Hidden Panda Games. Kyle was involved in conceptualization, writing, and game design for the company.

Additionally, Kyle had freelance work experience as a Creative and Technical Writer for Walt Disney Imagineering. Kyle actively participated in Blue Sky sessions for the Tokyo Disneyland Resort portfolio and compiled Master Plan packages for presentation to the Oriental Land Company.

Starting their career at The Walt Disney Company, Kyle worked as an Attractions Working Lead, where they supervised Cast Members and made executive decisions regarding attraction operations. Kyle also served as an Attractions Trainer, training Cast Members on operational guidelines and regulations. Prior to that, they worked as an Attractions Ride Operator, operating various attractions and providing excellent guest service.

Overall, Kyle Reid has demonstrated their expertise in creative direction, production, writing, game design, and attractions operation throughout their career.

From 2006 to 2010, Kyle Reid attended California State University, Long Beach where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Creative Writing.
