Steven Patrick has a long and varied career in the financial services industry. Steven began their career in 1987 as an Associate at Merrill Lynch, where they were a corporate finance generalist serving large industrial clients. In 1990, they joined Continental Bank NA as a VP. Later that year, they moved to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where they performed various roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming the Product Manager responsible for new product structures and overall profitability of the correspondent lending business. In 1997, they joined Learning Insights as the Capital Raising Expert, serving as the subject matter expert on raising all forms of capital for this investment banking training program. In 2008, they joined Endurance Advisory Partners (formerly known as Everett Advisory Partners) as a Managing Director, providing strategic analysis/advice and executing special projects for financial institutions. In 2018, they joined Gateway First Bank as Endurance Advisory's Interim Executive - Strategic Planning, Interim Executive - Treasurer, and Chief Risk Officer/Chief Credit Officer. In 2021, they joined GloriFi as the Chief Risk Officer, a member of the executive leadership team and one of the first employees brought in to build a diversified, digital first, financial institution from scratch. In 2022, they joined LevelField Financial as the Bank President and Chief Risk Officer, executive responsible for guiding LevelField's approval to become a financial holding company and acquisition of an FDIC-insured bank.

Steven Patrick received their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1988, with a focus on Finance/Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained their BA, Magna cum Laude from Carleton College in 1984, with a major in Economics with distinction.
